Housing
The Council’s Housing webpages provide information and guidance for our housing tenants and leaseholders, and advice for people who need help with housing, or facing homelessness.
Annual Survey
We conduct an annual survey of all our tenants, and these are called the Tenant Satisfaction Measures. If you are a tenant, you should receive a letter about this in the post with a questionnaire from M.E.L Research, who for the second year running, are collecting your views for us. Please be assured this is genuine and safe for you to complete. Everything you tell us will be used to improve services and we would love to get your feedback.
If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
