Authority's Monitoring Reports
The Government requires the Council to produce an Authority Monitoring Report on an annual basis. This monitors development across the District, for example the number of new homes, as well as changes to employment and retail floorspace.
The Authorities Monitoring Report 2022 was re-published on 16.03.23 to correct errata in the Self-Build and Custom Housebuilding Register section and on 26.02.24 to correct errata in the New employment development land section.
