Donating a tree to one of our local parks or green spaces is a wonderful way to create a lasting legacy. As the tree grows, it will provide a wide range of environmental benefits for decades, possibly even centuries, helping to improve the local landscape and biodiversity.
What’s Included Toggle accordion
A nursery-grown tree (2.5–3 metres tall for instant impact) planted in your chosen park between November and March.
Watering and care during the establishment period (usually 1–3 years).
How It Works Toggle accordion
- Choose your preferred park, green spaces or cemetery maintained by the Council
- Tell us approximately where you would like the tree to be planted, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Complete a simple online application and make your donation.
- Our team will provide you with suitable species options for your chosen location.
- Your tree will be planted during the next planting season (November–March).

Your contribution will be used to:
- Purchase a high-quality tree from a local and trusted specialised tree nursery.
- Cover delivery and planting costs by our professional team.
- Provide essential aftercare, including watering and monitoring, to help the tree establish successfully during its first 1–2 years.
